About The Role

We are looking to attract the leaders of our future. To continue with our growth plans for 2025 and beyond we are searching for an Apprentice Recruiter/Administrator to join our apprenticeship scheme. As one of our apprentices you will have the opportunity to work as part of the People team, providing administrative support and recruitment activities across a range of recruitment duties. The role will also include taking overall responsibility for administrative support, contractor new starters and queries, supporting the early careers recruitment activities and much more

This is a Hybrid working role, but you will be expected to visit our other offices & works sites in the UK as required 

Reporting to the  Recruitment Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Management of the recruitment Inbox 
Manage the Right to work process
Administration  within the Anglian water framework
Eploy (recruitment application tracking system) Admin Management
Eploy - first line support to internal managers
Create and quality check offer paperwork / chase outstanding offers (Offer Letters and Contracts)
Interview Management 
Administration of the Referral Scheme
IR35 paperwork / completion – compliance and paperwork
Contractor management – starters / leavers / timesheet queries / bonuses / agency queries / invoices / rate increases
Recruitment Invoice payments – Perm hires / Eploy Approvals / Payments etc
Assisting our Direct Labour recruitment – assisting in creation of vacancies / troubleshoot / create placement record

Responsibility for your own achievements

Apprenticeship:
You will study a Recruiter Level 3 qualification
You will be required to attend classes and manage your studies

About You

  • A-Levels (A-C grade)
  • Able to manage own time effectively, whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Basic IT skills, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Effective team working and networking skills and the ability to work independently using own initiative.
