As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the region. Working alongside operational, commercial and design teams, you will be responsible for setting out, quality assurance, programme support and day-to-day coordination of site activities.
The role offers the opportunity to develop your technical and leadership skills while managing sections of work, supporting subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, right first time and in accordance with project specifications. You will contribute to quality management processes, inspection and test planning, site records, progress reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting out and surveying civil engineering works.
- Supervising subcontractors and site operatives.
- Completing quality inspections, ITPs and associated records.
- Producing and maintaining accurate site documentation.
- Supporting programme delivery and short-term planning.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues on site.
- Working collaboratively with construction, commercial, quality and design teams.
