About The Role

MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen with a Personal Assistant to our CMDP Directors. As PA you will act as first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization and to provide excellent organizational and administrative support to the CMDP Directors.

Duties/responsibilities of the role will include

To provide professional and proactive support to the CMDP Directors
Be the point of contact for directors between employees/clients/joint venture partners when required
Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Be prepared to work in fast paced environment
Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
Prioritizing time-sensitive meetings and avoiding scheduling conflicts.
Provide support to ensure the delivery of a wide range of projects, taking delegated responsibility for project planning, effective documentation, data analysis and evaluation.
Communicate with exec level clients and senior stakeholders.
The planning, booking and coordination of meetings and events with other members of staff
Taking detailed notes and distributing minutes after meetings
Following up on action items to ensure tasks are completed on time
The preparation and management of agendas, presentations, management conferences, functions, and entertainment. 
Assist Senior Management with formulating strategic action plans and monitor, drive and review the implementation progress across different departments
Provide comprehensive, proactive and professional executive support for the wider executive team where required
Manage and oversee office services 
Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners

About You

Essential

  • Good IT skills (particularly with Microsoft applications – Word/Excel)
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer services experience
  • Demonstrated previous Administration Experience
