CMDP a joint venture between MWH Treatment and Costain is the leading force in the water industry, delivering critical infrastructure projects that ensure the UK's water resilience. Our success is built on a foundation of precision and expertise, and at the heart of that lies our dynamic Estimating team. As we continue to secure exciting new projects and expand our capabilities, we are opening an expression of interest for talent individuals across all levels of estimating experience, from trainee to senior, to join our expanding team.   
 
Trainee Estimators - Do you have some foundational experience in estimating and are ready to take on more responsibility? 
 
Estimators - With a solid understanding of estimating principles and experience in the Water/Construction sector, you'll be instrumental in preparing accurate and competitive projects. 
 
Senior Estimators - Are you an experienced professional with a proven track records of successfully leading bids and managing complex estimates? We are seeking strategic thinkers who can drive innovation and mentor junior team members.
