About The Role

MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their team with an SLT Coordinator @one Alliance framework. Based from the office in Peterborough you will work to provide full and high quality support to the Senior Leadership Team within the @One Alliance. You will respond to general queries; attend meetings as required, booking and scheduling meetings, and managing diaries and calendars relevant to the team. You will also prepare and provide presentation material, including stats as and when required. You will also provide support on projects and programmes led by the SLT.

As a Co-ordinator, a key part of this role is to provide organisation and co-ordination for the SLT which may include some travel to enable you to provide support at meetings and on projects. There is particular emphasis on the high level of confidentiality required within this role.

In the @One Alliance we operate and agile working approach, however there will an expectation for you to be in the office to support your stakeholders as and when required.

Individuals are to be organised with strong attention to detail and demonstrate excellent communication skills to build relationships with a number of stakeholders. 
Please note the position has scope for either full or part time hours

Key responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with the Senior Leadership Team by understanding business priorities and offering a pro-active administrative service. 
  • Work closely with @one Director’s PA and provide cover as required.
  • Support meetings & workshops by taking notes and capturing actions as required.
  • Support weekly Alliance Governance Group Meeting.
  • Draft meeting agendas and prepare itineraries for meetings.
  • Prepare presentations.
  • Update Share point and our Intranet pages (Lighthouse) and team distribution lists.
  • Assist & help with calendars inboxes and draft responses as appropriate.
  • Schedule, prioritise and categorise internal/external meetings, co-ordinate meeting rooms, facilities and refreshments.
  • Support SLT leadership with planning, coordinating and organising of offsite team-building & away days & workshops .
  • Book accommodation, travel arrangements, venues and facilities as necessary.
  • Set up new Vendors and liaise with accounts to raise Purchase Orders

About You


To be considered for this exciting opportunity within the @one Alliance you will ideally:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Post school administrative qualification
  • Experience of organising meetings and taking effective minutes
  • Awareness of the role of administration in effective construction teams
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm
  • Desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to prioritise with strong organisation skills
  • Strong Communications skills
