About The Role

MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their Digital team with a Digital Implementation Manager for our @one Alliance framework. Based from the office in Peterborough, you will be supporting the day to day running of several alliance digital platforms, ensuring that they are operational and continue to evolve to support our changing business.

You will be expected to research new technologies, assessing how they could assist our business and where appropriate conducting proof of concepts/pilots to ensure that they meet our needs before transitioning into BAU when applicable.

Along with the rest of the digital team, your input will help directly shape the evolving digital strategy ensuring that the @one alliance achieves its efficiency targets through digital transformations and remains an industry leading collaborative alliance.

The @one Alliance is a collaborative organisation of consultants and contractors working together to deliver more than half of Anglian Waters capital investment programme.

What will you be doing as our new Digital Implementation Manager?

You’ll be expected to research new technologies, assessing how they could assist our business and where appropriate conducting proof of concepts/pilots to ensure that they meet our needs before transitioning into BAU when applicable.

Along with the rest of the Digital team, your input will help directly shape the evolving digital strategy ensuring that the @one Alliance achieves its efficiency targets through digital transformations and remains an industry leading collaborative alliance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build upon initial academic relationships with UEA/Cranfield and Cambridge to structure and implement Knowledge Transfer Partnership as well as scope future potential opportunities within the academic space
  • Assist with the continuing roll out of BIM360 to the Delivery and construction teams whilst also supporting on exploring the transition from BIM360 to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and assist with the configuration / testing and training of the platform
  • Assess existing, unused functionality of current platforms and where appropriate implement appropriate solutions
  • Utilise software supplier roadmaps to support the creation of alliance specific platform roadmaps
  • Assess where new platform functionality will assist the alliance in obtaining the required efficiencies
  • Working with our implementation specialists you will lead the implementation of new systems and processes ensuring that key stakeholders are engaged and end-users are sufficiently trained and supported
  • Scan the digital space for new technologies and working practise that would add value and enhance the digital offering to the alliance

About You

Essential
 
  • Experience of VR technologies
  • Experience of AR technologies
  • Experience of BIM processes - BIM Level 2 and ISO 19650 standards.
  • Proven track record of the support and management of software platforms
  • Exploitation of technologies to improve business efficiency
  • Water industry experience
  • Exposure to capital delivery process
